I'm a real estate agent and I just used Capital City Plumbing for my clients who were buying. I have used them in the past as well, but this transaction was more complicated with a foundation repair and a tight timeline. I needed to get repairs done before closing and Capital City Plumbing did a fantastic job communicating and getting the job done for me in order to close for my buyers on time. I also got another bid and they actually beat their price. Everything was super easy, great communication, and they understood my urgency of needing to get it done by a certain date and made it happen. The technicians were also super helpful and explained all of my questions and got back to me right away. I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering them. The entire staff including the techs and the office staff made me feel like they genuinely cared. I will definitely go to Capital City Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future for my clients. Fantastic service and I felt they were very honest. I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. Can't recommend them enough.
Really friendly, both over the phone in being accommodating to my schedule, and in person.  I had a pipe burst while I was out of town, and was coming back in town Friday night and was hoping to have water back on by Saturday.  Nathan was able to come out first thing Saturday and was very friendly and polite.  He was happy to answer questions and explain to me how things worked and was able to identify and fix the issue faster than I could've imagined. I can't be happier today than right this moment with Capital City Plumbing & Drain. They swooped down like Iron Man and Captain America and saved my day. I left them a message in the middle of the night on Yelp, and not only did they follow up on the message, but they also called me back and found someone to come to my house immediately.

Allow me a moment to rave and cheer over the phone call. That was a professional phone call. The lady who called me asked me proper probing questions, got my name and address, had a great follow-up, and sent me a text message and email with links. When she took my email, she even repeated it back, which is not something everyone does. She is an exemplary example of how to take calls for situations like this, and she deserves a raise. Unfortunately, I forgot to write her name down, and that's on me. Yet, I just found it a breath of fresh air given the morning I've had trying to find a plumber to help me.

Hunter and Mike arrived, on time, well dressed, and were professionals. In less than 30 minutes, they had figured out what was wrong. This situation will require a follow-up, and I am looking forward to it. Who looks forward to future plumbing jobs? Not me normally, but I am now!

Best yet, there wasn't some weird pressure-filled sales situation. They were honest, explained my options, and were fine with what we decided. The prices are more than reasonable.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower.  They were determined to find and fix the leak.  They were very clear on the cost,  and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication,  quick repair,  and they cleaned up after.
